Rainbows and Sunshine for your birthday!

I love this cupcake project. I think its cute =). I love the rainbows and the sun and the heart with colourful sprinkles on top. And of course the bling bling silver balls! Even though Sasa ordered it quite last minute (I made this until 3am because she wanted to pick it up early the next morning so that she can bring it back to her Uni.), I pride myself in fulfilling what the customer wants and delivering cute, delicious and good looking cupcakes so that people feel happy when they open the box... and I'll feel happy too =)

People! Behold! The new, most adorable, most scrumptious mini cakes! How cuter can food get?! I was inspired to make them after reading Miss Liyana's blog which has tons of mouth watering, colourful and adorable cakes and deserts. As an introductory promotion, the cakes only costs RM10 for a box of 4 (normal price: RM12 for a box of 4) and Im taking orders until next saturday, 30th January 2010, to be delivered or picked up the following saturday or sunday, 6th & 7th of February 2010. By delivered, I mean there will be COD at One Utama on SATURDAY ONLY, to ease those who live at Subang, PJ or Damansara area. Time will be confirmed later. Sunday is for pick up at my house in Cheras. =)

Engagement/Wedding/Hantaran Cupcakes!

Hello Everybody!

Sorry la saya ni selalu lambat sangat nak meng'update'..But here it is now. My most anticipated and exciting project ever.. Wedding/engagement cupcakes! or cupcakes for hantaran as we malays would call it. I've always wanted to do them and I suddenly had 3 orders of them last week. wow! Alhamdulillah, rezeki tuhan bagi. Anyways, for those of you who don't know (I do have some foreign readers occasionally), hantaran are actually gifts that are exchanged between the bride and groom.

For the first order, the customer wanted something simple, sweet yet colourful. So we made daisies for her!

Next, the customer wanted something pastel..so we made pink roses with their initials.. The pink and white ones marked S&I are just extras..

I have no clue why this picture turned blue.hmmf.

And last but not least, my friend Milya ordered some cupcakes for her "Merisik". Merisik is the malay version of the guy standing on one knee proposal. We malays bring the whole family together for this...And again there are gifts involved..I just love our malay culture, don't you? ;)

Ayan & Mama goes to Summit USJ..

Hi everybody! We're going to be at the Summit USJ Flea Market this Saturday, 12 Dec 2009! I'm still finalizing some things like paying the rental fee and etc, but I think its confirmed already. So if you're not doing anything this saturday, do come over and pay us a visit! We're planning to sell popcakes and other foods like candy apples! mmm nyumm!
